Data analytics, decision intelligence and international business leadership

Radhika holds an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BE in Information Technology from Nagpur University. In Chicago she built SQL pipelines, Tableau reporting systems and governance frameworks for US healthcare institutions. She then took full ownership of a nationwide data engineering programme for a US client spanning all fifty states, architecting a Python-based collection framework, orchestrating automation pipelines, and designing an LLM-assisted validation model at national scale. She returned to India to found Avrio Horizon, bringing those international delivery standards to every engagement. She grew up inside a business family and brings that instinct for ownership to every client relationship.
