Founding story
Raised in business. Trained in data. Built to lead.
The story of how a business family, two degrees on two continents, US institutional experience, and a nationwide American programme became a firm with one clear conviction.
We do not start with technology. We start with the business.

A business family
Radhika grew up around the dinner table conversations of a business family: cash flow, contracts, people, and the quiet weight of decisions that had to be right. Ownership was not a concept she learned later. It was the household language.
- 02
Engineering, then information systems
She trained as an engineer in Information Technology at Nagpur University, then moved to Chicago for a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at the University of Illinois. The combination mattered: systems thinking from engineering, and the discipline of turning information into decisions from management science.
- 03
Working inside institutions
In Chicago she delivered data analytics work for the University of Illinois and a US healthcare business: building SQL pipelines, Tableau reporting for senior management, governance frameworks and data quality systems that made reporting trustworthy at institutional scale. She learned how large organisations actually function, and how rarely the numbers presented to leadership can be fully trusted.
- 04
Leading a nationwide programme
She then took full ownership of a nationwide data engineering initiative for a US client: architecting a Python-based collection framework, orchestrating automation pipelines across all fifty US states, and designing an LLM-assisted validation model to deduplicate large volumes of unstructured data at national scale. The role spanned project management, business operations, pre-sales and client engagement, often with undefined scope and complete accountability for outcomes.

The decision to lead
Across every role the same pattern appeared. Organisations invested in increasingly sophisticated capabilities while still unable to answer basic business questions with confidence. The problem was never technology. It was trust in the foundation. Rather than keep fixing this from inside someone else's company, she chose to build a firm that starts with the business and makes the foundation reliable first.

Avrio Horizon
Avrio means future in Greek. Horizon points to growth and endless possibility. The firm brings her speciality in data and decision intelligence together with a full range of business services, delivered by a small team and a network of qualified specialists, so international firms have one relationship in India they can trust.
