How involved does our leadership need to be?
Expect two working sessions a week during the engagement. Strategy that is handed over in a deck rarely gets executed, so we build it with you rather than for you.
Can you support execution after the plan is signed off?
We offer a retained advisory arrangement for the first two quarters where we join monthly reviews and adjust the plan as data comes in.
